Refund policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to send a replacement if requested within 7 days. We welcome product feedback to continuously improve how we package and ship our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
